We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - very close to downtown and the train station, making it convenient to explore various attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with a hair salon and a good Chinese restaurant on-site. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly made tofu, freshly grated daikon, and excellent coffee. The staff were kind and professional, exceeding our expectations. Additionally, parking was available nearby at a very reasonable price.

The breakfast was fantastic! We really enjoyed the fact that we chose crown palais hamamatsu. Staying near may one and Hamanako Garden Park. Even the Shizuoka airport was not so far.

The hotel is in a very convenient location just a couple of minutes away from the bullet train. The breakfast was really good with a decent amount of Western options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Another good aspect was the quietness.

The furniture and equipment in the room were a bit outdated, which decreased the overall experience. , charging an additional fee for basic facilities like the sauna or swimming pool seemed a bit cheap.
